• Oral presentations: 13th of February, 23:59
• Notifications oral presentations: 13th of March
• Poster presentations: 10th of April
• Demo presentations: 10th of April
• Notifications posters and demos: 15th of April

Young Investigator Award:

• Deadline BioSB Young Investigator Award (YIA): 6th of March
• Notification to the nominee of the YIA 2026: 27th of March
